Types of Lockouts and What to Do Standard Lockout During Business Hours: M - F 9 am to 5 pmAll Students who have locked themselves out should contact the The Service Point, New South Building A Level for assistance with Standard Lockouts. This includes all issuance of keys, including replacement and temporary keys, new locks and lock changes in University housing properties.For emergency assistance, or after hours, on weekends and holidaysYou may contact Public Safety on 609-258-1000, located at 200 Elm Drive to request re-entry. *Charges may apply for services regarding lockouts, including lock and key replacement.Faculty/Staff If you lock yourself out of your University Owned rental, Contact Faculty & Staff Housing on 609-258-2700 or email [email protected]. Keyless Lockout During Business Hours: M - F 9 am to 5 pmDuring regular business hours (9 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday) students can obtain a loaner card from The Service Point, New South Building Level A.During Business Hours, But Unable to Travel to The Service Point Office If you are unable to come to The Service Point you have an alternate choice to contact Public Safety at 609-258-1000 to request re-entry. You will be asked to specify the circumstances preventing you from obtaining a loaner card from the The Service Point office. There will be a $30 service fee if Public Safety is dispatched to assist in gaining re-entry.After HoursIf you require re-entry after business hours, you can go to Public Safety (200 Elm Drive) to obtain a loaner card. Please note that in the event of critical campus situations, delays in the administering of a loaner card may occur. Please also be aware of possible fees. Lost TigerCard During Business Hours: M - F 9 am to 5 pmIf you have lost your TigerCard during normal business hours (8:45 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday), please go to The Service Point office at “A” Floor, New South to get a new card or call 609-258-8300 to suspend your card until you can come to the office to get your new card. Please note that in the event of critical campus situations, delays in the administering of a loaner card may occur.The loaner card will grant the student building and dorm room access until:10:00 am the following day, Monday–Friday11:00 am on Saturday5:00 pm on SundayReturning the Loaner CardIf the loaner card is not returned within 24 hours, a $75 non-returned card fee* will apply.There will be no charge if the loaner card is returned within 24 hours at one of the following drop-off locations:The Service Point (New South Building Level A)Service Point Frist Campus Center Welcome Desk (100 Level)Public Safety (200 Elm Drive)*Please note all fees are administered through The Service Point and are applied on a monthly basis.
