On Monday, Dec. 5, 2016, at 2:20 a.m., a male undergraduate student reported to the Department of Public Safety that he was walking west between Firestone Library and the Chapel when a male, approximately 6'2" to 6'5" in height, thin build, wearing a burgundy hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, light colored blue jeans, and white sneakers pushed him from behind. The student lost his balance, dropping his briefcase and headphones. The suspect took the headphones and ran east across Washington Road and onto Williams Street. The victim was not injured.
A former employee returned to Terrace Club on Washington Road about 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, and was asked to leave. The former employee, Darnell Pygum, refused to leave, and club staff called the Princeton Police Department. The former employee left before officers arrived. Early this afternoon, the club received a phone call from him, threatening the club. Princeton police are actively investigating the threat. Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the Princeton Police Department immediately at 609-921-2100.
